Resort weddings, corporate dinners and private celebrations in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, with a light show that is quiet enough for the neighbours and safe on a dry desert night.

A drone show is quiet, leaves no debris, and can draw a company logo or a couple's names. Corporate drone shows are already happening here: Pixis Drones flew a 400-drone show over Scottsdale in 2025, and Open Sky flew a 100-drone New Year's show in neighbouring Paradise Valley. Both are on our example shows page.
Private dinners, proposals and intimate resort weddings.
Larger weddings and corporate receptions, with detailed logos and animation.
Conferences, sponsor activations and community events.
Scottsdale Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor shape what is possible in parts of the city. We check every venue against the airspace map before we quote, and tell you early if a site needs an FAA authorisation or a different launch spot.

Every show gets a written quote, because the date, location, length, design work and permits all change the price. These public numbers give a sense of the range. They are other operators' prices and industry averages, not Monsoon Drones quotes.

Rough guide only: smaller private shows (25–100 drones) cost less in total but more per drone, because setup, crew and design costs are spread over fewer aircraft. Ask us for a real number for your date.
Usually, with the resort's approval and a suitable launch area and crowd setback. We work with the venue's events team on the layout.
Yes. Logos, product shapes, slogans and even scannable QR codes can be drawn in the sky. Detail depends on how many drones fly.
Shows are flown over a cleared area set back from the audience, with pre-flight checks on every aircraft and geofencing that keeps the swarm inside its show box. Wind and rain limits are agreed in advance.
Yes. Flying many drones from one controller needs an FAA waiver on top of the Part 107 commercial pilot certificate. Monsoon Drones is working through that process now, and we will tell you plainly what applies to your date and site.
Drones cannot fly safely in high wind or rain. We watch the forecast with you and agree a backup plan, such as a rain date, before the show.
